Even now I'm trying to help her with a new situation, where her place has so much black mold it's put her in the HOSPITAL! I mean, damn. So finding a lawyer or team of lawyers who haven't figured out how to still be within the realm of "legal" while doing the minimal amount of work allowed by law is crucial.
